Reporting Information To Ensure Government Of Value
What Law Enforcement is Authorized By The Constitution?
Article 4, Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
In a Republican Form Of Government “We The People” decide  who is our Law Enforcement Agent or Agency by vote. What Law Enforcement Agent do you vote for?
Do you Vote for the Local City Police Chief?
Do you Vote for the head of the State Police or Highway Troopers?
Do you vote for the head of the FBI?
Do you vote for the head of the CIA?
Do you vote for the head of the Federal Marshals?
Do you Vote for the Local Sheriff?
If you do not vote them into office then you can’t vote them out of office. Thus the Local Sheriff is the only constitutionally authorized law enforcement agent for the people. Any other Enforcement agent or agency is, by law, illegal!   That includes Police, Troopers, FBI, CIA, DOJ, ICE, Border Patrol, US Marshals, Etc. REMEMBER, the only law enforcement agency the federal government has at its disposal, “to execute the laws of the union,” is the State Militias, and only when called up from the states in time of war.  Otherwise the feds are authorized NO law enforcement agency  at all, by the US Constitution.
If you voted for your local sheriff, and he won by majority vote,  and you live in a city, why do you have to call the local police for help with law enforcement matters?  You voted for the Local Sheriff to do it! If he can’t help you, ask yourself  who unvoted him from your area in your county?
Who UN-VOTED your Sheriff from your city?
